William C. Mann

Bill Mann was born and raised in the small, north central Ohio town of Norwalk. He received his BA in 1976 from Case Western Reserve University and his JD in 1979 from the University of Dayton School of Law. Bill is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association's Legal Ethics and Professional Conduct Committee and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

He formerly served on the Supreme Court of Ohio's Commission on Professionalism, the University of Dayton School of Law's Alumni Board of Trustees, and was President of the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association. Bill received that Association's President's Award in 1996 and 1997, and its Sluggers Award in 2002. In addition, the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association was named the "Best Local Trial Bar in Ohio" during Bill's term as President.

Richard A. Cline, Esquire
Of Counsel

Richard A. Cline was admitted to the practice of law in 1981. His practice focuses on all aspects of criminal law, from simple traffic tickets and drunk driving to death penalty murder, since that time. Richard enjoys helping people in both the trial court and on appeal. Effective October 1, 2004, Mr. Cline became Of Counsel to Mitchell, Catalano & Boda Co., LPA. Richard is a admitted to practice before all Ohio Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. Richard is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Criminal Law Committee.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Richard now lives with his wife and children in Powell, Ohio, where he was Mayor from 1998 - 1999 and has served on the Powell City Council since 1996. Richard is retired as a Major, US Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. after 25 years of service in the Ohio Army National Guard.
